Confidentiality & Data Protection  GDPR
Any contract made between Cherrywood Productions and The Client(s) shall in all respects be held under complete confidence and no private details will be divulged or given out to a 3rd party. The Information on this quote/contract sheet will be held by Cherrywood Productions on a protected drive. 
Display
The Client(s) have a choice to allow Cherrywood Productions to display any photography or videography covered by this contract and to generally promote the business in advertising, brochures, magazine articles, social media and other such material, providing that the images used are used lawfully and without damage to The Client(s).
Copyright
The 1988 Copyright Act assigns the copyright of the photography & Videography to Cherrywood Production. It is therefore contrary to the Act, and illegal, to copy photographs or video, or allow to be copied, by any means photographic or otherwise, by any person or machine other than by Cherrywood Productions.
Booking Confirmations and Cancellations
A booking will only be confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable 30% deposit. There is a 14 day cooling off period from date the deposit was paid. The final 70% (non-refundable)  will be due 12 weeks before the clients wedding date.
Artistic License 
Cherrywood Productions shall be granted artistic licence in relation to the poses photographed/Filmed and the locations used. Cherrywood Productions judgement regarding the location, poses and number of photographs taken shall be deemed correct.
Personnel
Cherrywood-Productions reserve the right to change the videographer or Photographer without prior notice.
The Vicar/Priest/Registrar always has the final say with regards to the camera or camcorder location/angle while filming in the church/Venue.
Raw Digital files
The raw digital footage shall remain the property of Cherrywood Productions.
Act Of God
Whilst every effort is made to cover all reasonable eventualities Cherrywood Productions cannot be held responsible or liable for losses Incurred or disruption caused by events beyond its control.
Limitations of Liability
Should footage be lost, damaged or destroyed for reasons beyond the control of Cherrywood Productions, liability shall be limited to a full refund of any deposits and fees paid, but shall not include a refund for any goods already received.
Placing an Order and Receipt of Goods
All photos selected for Albums  and Orders should be placed with Cherrywood Productions before the end of the 12 month period starting at the contract date. Cherrywood Productions will not be liable for failure to produce any orders placed after this time.
Any alterations to orders must be notified within one working day prior of the order being placed. Cherrywood Productions will not be held liable for any costs incurred due to alterations to the order made by The Client after this time.
All orders will take approximately six to eight weeks to complete and may take longer in peak periods. The Client(s) will be informed by either telephone or in writing once the order is ready and available for collection. Cherrywood Productions are able to store completed orders for a maximum of two months and after this time any orders not collected may be destroyed.
Cherrywood Productions must be notified within three working days of The Client(s) being in receipt of their order in the case of error, shortage or damage as mistakes cannot be rectified after this period. 
Due to the nature of the product Cherrywood Productions are unable to give exchanges or refunds.
Health and Safety
The venue must have the correct legal and local licenses required for the event. It is the responsibility of the client to check these requirements.
License/Permission to Film
It is the client's responsibility to obtain all relevant licenses/consents for filming and the use of any music or other copyright before filming can proceed.

Cherrywood-Productions reserve the right to see any such consent prior to commencement of filming.
Insurance
The Client(s) are hereby advised to take out an insurance policy to cover any expenses in the event of cancellation.
