How do we secure our date?

A £200 non-refundable deposit and signed agreement are required to secure your wedding date. Once confirmed, your date is exclusively reserved for you. A 14-day cooling-off period applies from the date the deposit is received.


When is the final balance due?

The remaining balance is due 12 weeks prior to your wedding day. All details will be clearly outlined in your personalised quote sheet.


Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. We offer a flexible 0% interest payment plan. After your deposit, you can spread the remaining balance with payments made at your convenience leading up to the wedding.


Is there a discount if we book both photography and videography?

Yes. Couples who book both services together receive a package discount, as well as the benefit of a seamless, coordinated team working naturally alongside each other on the day.


How would you describe your style?

Our style is natural, relaxed and story-led. We focus on capturing the day as it genuinely unfolds — real emotions, real moments, real atmosphere. We don’t stage your wedding, but we provide gentle guidance when needed so you feel comfortable and confident.


Do you create highlight films?

Yes. Alongside your full story-driven film, we can produce a cinematic highlight or glamorous teaser — perfect for sharing with friends and family.


Can we have personalised music in our wedding film?

Absolutely. We offer the option of a bespoke soundtrack, written and produced specifically for your film, reflecting your story, personality and preferred genre.


When will we receive our photos and video?

We aim to deliver your completed wedding gallery and films within 8 weeks of your wedding day. During peak season this may vary slightly, but we always work efficiently while maintaining the highest production standards.

Do you supply raw footage or unedited images?

No. All raw files remain the property of Cherrywood Productions. We deliver professionally edited photos and films that reflect our artistic standards.


What happens if you're ill or unable to attend?

In the unlikely event that we are unable to attend due to circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to assign an alternative professional photographer or videographer. In extreme cases, our liability is limited to a refund of monies paid.


Do you use drones?

Yes, where venue permissions and weather conditions allow. Drone footage can add a beautiful cinematic perspective to your wedding film.


What if our venue has filming restrictions?

Ceremony filming is subject to the authority of the officiant or venue. We always work respectfully within any guidelines provided.


Do you have insurance?

Yes. We carry appropriate professional insurance and recommend couples take out wedding insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.


Can we request specific shots?

Of course. We’re happy to take note of any important guests or special details you would like captured. While we always do our best, due to the live nature of weddings we cannot guarantee every requested shot.
